Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 lb. ground sausage (any kind)
    1 egg
    1/2 to 3/4 pkg. crackers, crushed
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder or granules
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use 1/2 can tomatoes and mix all ingredients together.
    Form into a loaf.
    Put in a cake pan or glass baking dish and cover with remaining 1/2 can of tomatoes.
    Cover with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check halfway through to be sure meat is not burning.
    Add some water to pan if getting too dry.
