Chicken Liver Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. chicken livers
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    margarine enough to brown chicken liver in
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle livers with salt and pepper; shake in small amount of flour in paper bag.
    Brown in margarine in hot skillet.
    Saute onion and rice in remaining butter in skillet until lightly browned.
    Add chicken broth; stir well and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Place livers over top of rice.
    Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
