Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. rice
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt oleo in large iron skillet (that has a lid) over low heat.
    Add rice.
    Cook, stirring frequently until rice is yellow. Dissolve bouillon cubes and salt in boiling water.
    Slowly add rice.
    Simmer with cover for 25 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
