Hot Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vermouth
    12 oz. crab meat, drained
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    paprika
    parsley
Preparation
    Blend sour cream with cream cheese.
    Stir in melted butter, cornstarch, onion, salt and vermouth.
    Gently fold in crab and Cheddar, reserving 1/4 cup Cheddar for topping.
    Spread mixture in ungreased baking dish; top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley.
