Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 Tbsp. strong vinegar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 rounded Tbsp. butter
    1 baked pie crust
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk, flour and sugar together well.
    Add vinegar, water and butter.
    Stir over medium heat until thick.
    Flavor with lemon flavoring and pour into a baked pie crust.
