Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    3 beaten eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix the 6 dry ingredients well.
    Add pumpkin, stirring well. Add eggs and milk, stir well and fill 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes until custard and crust are well baked.
