Zucchini Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
3 eggs
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
1 can white hominy, drained
Italian seasoning
1 small onion

Preparation

Cut zucchini in half and remove all seeds.
Fill with mixture. Put in pan and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
