Easy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
    buttermilk
    self-rising flour
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Sprinkle desired amount
    of seasoning on each piece.
    Dip in buttermilk; dredge in flour.
    Put into hot oil (deep enough to cover
    chicken
    pieces.) Fry approximately 15 minutes on each side.
    May also fry pork chops this way.
