Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese (red wrapping)
    Parmesan cheese
    1 box Wheat Thins
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and chop them in 1/8-inch pieces.
    (I like to put the artichokes in the food processor and chop them up!)
    Add 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of cheese.
    Mix together.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbling. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top and cook 10 additional minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins.
