Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease a loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
