Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 (10 oz.) cans Old El Paso tomatoes and green chilies
    1 1/2 c. crushed white crackers
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. flaked parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix very well together all ingredients, except barbecue sauce and Cheddar cheese.
    Make a loaf, put in oiled baking pan.
    Pour about 1/2 cup barbecue sauce on top, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese on top of sauce.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    They'll all want seconds.
