Kung Pao Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 whole chicken wings (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small sweet red pepper, diced
1/2 c. diced onion
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. peanuts
hot cooked rice (4 servings)

Cut chicken wings into 3 sections. Discard wing tip section. Set the wings aside.
