Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion.
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle noodles over top of casserole and bake 10 to 15 more minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
