Chicken Pot Pie #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 bouillon cube
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk chicken, drained
    1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. of 6 canned biscuits
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender, but not browned.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk, water and bouillon cube. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Pour into two 4 x 4-inch individual casserole dishes.
