Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. each baking soda and salt
1 to 2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. no-fat plain yogurt
1/2 to 1 c. skim milk
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Beat milk and eggs together.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in yogurt.
Pour into hot skillet until set.
Top with fruit and syrups of choice.
