Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. milk, scalded
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook and then puree broccoli in a food processor.
    Saute onion and celery in margarine until transparent. Blend in flour until smooth.
    Add broth.
    Cook, stirring until slightly thickened. Stir in broccoli, half and half, milk and salt.
    Heat thoroughly. I usually double the recipe! I also mix cornstarch and water and add to soup at the end because I like it thicker!
