Gingerbread House Construction - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
Add confectioners sugar slowly.
Beat until it forms stiff peaks and will hold a sharp line when a knife is drawn through it.
Keep bowl covered with a damp cloth or towel.
Be certain that your bowl and beaters are free of oils!
