Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) prime rib roast
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. pepper blend, crushed
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
2 bay leaves, crushed
Preparation

Place rib roast in a large bowl.
Combine olive oil and Worcestershire sauce; rub this mixture thoroughly into roast.
Mix all herbs and spices together; place on a large piece of waxed paper.
Roll the roast in the seasonings until covered.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, or until meat thermometer reaches 160\u00b0 for medium.
Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan Potatoes.
