Pickle Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced cucumbers
onions
salt
1 sweet red pepper, ground
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. white mustard seed
1 tsp. grated horseradish
vinegar
1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

To each quart of sliced cucumbers, add 1 onion and salt; let stand 3 hours.
Add the remaining ingredients, except turmeric; heat through.
Add the turmeric.
Pack into pint jars.
