Granny'S White Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Cook flour and milk until thick, stirring constantly.
Set aside to cool, covered.
When flour and milk mixture is cool, put all ingredients in mixer.
Beat to consistency of whipped cream. Enough for a 2 layer cake or a tube cake.
