Roasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. pecan pieces
    3/4 lb. (6 sq.) chocolate or almond bark (I prefer almond bark)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
    Spread pecans evenly in the pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Melt bark squares in top of a double boiler or the microwave.
    Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Add pecans and stir until well coated.
    Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.
    Cool completely.
    Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
