Mexican Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    ??? c. water
    1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 small can chopped chile peppers (Del Monte)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients until thick; remove from heat and add cheese, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; pour into greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
