Country Style Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country style pork ribs
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place ribs in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cook ribs, covered in water,
    until ribs are tender, 45 to 60 minutes. Drain well.
    Set aside.
