Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Line the bottom of a loaf pan with wax paper and butter it. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and orange rind.
    Beat in egg until blended.
    Add flour mixture in 3 additions, alternating with orange juice, mixing each time.
    Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Turn into loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until cake tester comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack. Wrap and store for flavors to blend.
