Peanut Butter Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 lg. egg
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease twelve 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch muffin pan cups.
    In medium bowl, with spoon, mix milk, peanut butter and egg until smooth.
    Add baking mix and sugar, with spoon beat vigorously 30 seconds.
    Fill each muffin pan cup two-thirds full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Immediately remove muffins from pan.
    Makes 12 muffins.
