Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pie pan. Cook for 1 hour at 300\u00b0 until done.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
