Stuffed Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sole fillets
    1/4 lb. shrimp
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 mushrooms, quartered
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Lay sole flat; scatter shrimp evenly over each fillet.
    Roll and secure with toothpicks.
    Place fillets on a greased shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
    Stir together lemon juice, wine, onion and garlic.
    Pour over fillets.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
