German Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
    1/4 c. mayo
    1 chopped hard-boiled egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and squeeze dry.
    Mix all ingredients (except cream cheese).
    Shape into loaf or ball.
    Chill overnight.
