Ingredients

2 qt. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 stick cinnamon
12 whole cloves
a little brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice (optional)
2 Tbsp. orange juice (optional)
Preparation

Simmer cider with spices and brown sugar for 10 minutes. Strain.
Serve hot or cold.
If serving cold, you may add lemon and orange juices before serving.
