Sweet Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix rest of ingredients in another bowl.
    Stir milk mixture into corn meal mixture just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from pans to cool.
