Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up into small pieces
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 potato, cubed 1-inch
Preparation
    Wash chicken in 2 cups of water and vinegar.
    Pat dry. Marinate chicken in black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, thyme and curry powder for about 2 hours.
    Heat cooking oil in skillet.
    Place chicken in skillet until slightly brown. Add marinade along with 2 cups water, onions and potatoes.
    Simmer on low heat until chicken is fully cooked.
    Serve over rice.
