Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 Tbsp. butter
    3 medium onions, diced
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    3 cans diced green chilies
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Add onions and cook until glassy. Drain tomatoes, reserving half the juice.
    Cut up tomatoes and add with juice to onions.
    Add chilies and flour and bring to a boil.
    Add Velveeta cheese and melt slowly.
    Serve in a fondue pot.
    You can add 1 pound browned hamburger, if desired.
