Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. stew beef
    4 quarts water
    16 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 sliced carrots
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    28 oz. diced tomatoes
    5 oz. frozen lima beans
    5 oz. frozen green beans
    5 oz. frozen peas
    5 oz. frozen corn
    1 diced potato
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place water, 1 Tbsp. salt and bouillon in large pot and bring to a boil.
    Add cabbage, onion, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
    Cut beef into bite-size pieces and add to soup.
    Return to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 3-4 hours.
    Tastes even better the next day.
