Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all together; if too thick, add water to thin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
    Makes 8 muffins.
