Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Wash rice.
Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onions.
Shape into small balls.
Heat sauce and water in pressure cooker.
Drop meatballs in sauce mixture.
Cook for 10 minutes at 15 pounds or simmer for 45 to 50 minutes.
