Sausage Skillet Express - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    2/3 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 (.75 oz.) envelopes instant tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Combine sausage, celery and onions in a large skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until vegetables are tender. Drain well.
    Add the next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
