Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded wheat
    4 c. All-Bran
    2 c. boiling water
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Soak and set aside shredded wheat, All-Bran and boiling water. Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Add to soaked ingredients.
    Store in a covered jar or dish in refrigerator or bake at once.
    Can store at least 4 weeks.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
