Pecan Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. all spice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla, sugar, salt, and spices. Beat until very stiff. Add pecans and fold in gently until all halves are coated evenly. Place each half on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 for about 20 minutes or until dry and can be slipped of pan. Let cool in pan and remove. Store in air tight container.
