Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine milk and vinegar.
Set aside until the rest is mixed. Mix all dry ingredients:
flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, caraway seeds and raisins.
Mix lightly with a fork.
Add the milk with the vinegar.
Put in pan to bake.
Melt butter, some sugar.
Spread on top of dough.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
