Banana Bread(Great For Gift Giving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda, dissolved into sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Add bananas, sour cream, soda and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.
Also add pecans, if desired.
