Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes, cooked
    2 c. water
    2 c. tomato juice
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    5 carrots, sliced
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables
    1 onion, chopped
    seasoned salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
