Ingredients

4 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. nonfat buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
8 egg whites
Preparation

Combine
flour,
sugar
and
soda in a large bowl.
Add buttermilk
and oil to dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff
peaks
form,
fold
into batter.
Coat your waffle iron with
vegetable cooking spray every time you need to pour more batter in waffle iron.
Makes 32 waffles.
