Easy Strawberry Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
5 strawberries, sliced or 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 Tbsp. honey
crushed ice
Preparation
-
Place first four ingredients in blender.
Mix until smooth. Add crushed ice to create desired consistency and blend.
Add wheat germ and protein powder for a healthy breakfast drink. Serves 2 to 4.
