Chicken And Pepper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken
1 c. green, red or yellow pepper, cut in bite-size pieces
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 medium clove garlic, minced
salad greens
Preparation

In medium bowl, gently stir together chicken and peppers. In cup, stir together oil, vinegar, basil, oregano and garlic. Pour dressing over chicken and peppers.
Toss gently and serve on salad greens.
