Oven Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. red wine
    roast
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour over roast in covered pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
    Serve with rice since makes great gravy.
