Mushroom Onion Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. boneless beef roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place large sheet of heavy-duty foil on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Spoon mushroom soup over it and seal all edges with foil.
Bake 3 hours.
