Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chicken, cooked and diced
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. diced fresh onion
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and cheese. Place in greased 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs, then cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown on top.
    Makes 8 servings.
