Lemon Parsley Chicken And Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. Minute instant brown rice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper, slivered
    4 Tbsp. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil.
    Add chicken broth; bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in parsley, lemon peel and pepper.
    Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Serves 4.
