Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and mix well after each.
Add pumpkin; mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients; add water and mix all together.
Pour into two well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
