Steak And Potato Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cream of tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Dredge steak with flour.
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Brown steak on both sides in hot oil.
    Add remaining.
    Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    Serves 4.
